Refer a business
Share Zahlo with another merchant from your account. They sign up as a new Zahlo merchant and are linked to you.
They complete month one
Your reward begins once your referred merchant has been an active Zahlo merchant for one full month.
Earn €2 every month
From their second month onwards you earn €2 for every month they stay active. Refer more merchants and the monthly rewards stack up.

Who can refer

To take part you must be an active Zahlo merchant. That keeps the programme genuine — real businesses recommending Zahlo to other real businesses. If you are not a merchant yet, you cannot refer, but you can join in minutes and start your first month free.

The Zahlo merchant referral programme runs on the terms below. They sit alongside Zahlo's general terms.

Eligibility
You must be an active Zahlo merchant when you refer and for each month a reward is paid. Lapsed accounts pause rewards.

Qualifying referral
The referred business must be new to Zahlo and registered through your referral or by naming you at sign-up.

When rewards start
Rewards begin after your referred merchant has completed one full month as an active, paying Zahlo merchant.

Reward amount
You earn €2 per referred merchant for each calendar month that merchant stays active, from their second month onwards.

Ongoing rewards
Rewards continue for as long as the referred merchant stays active, and stop for any month they cancel, pause or become inactive.

No self-referral
You cannot refer yourself, additional accounts you hold or businesses you control. Duplicate or fraudulent referrals are not eligible.

Payment of rewards
Rewards are calculated monthly. Zahlo may credit them against your Zahlo invoices or pay them separately to the active referrer.

Changes to the programme
Zahlo may update, pause or end the programme at any time. Rewards already earned on active referrals will be honoured.
